Introduction

Indigit Engineering Consultants LLC, hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” has implemented this policy and procedures to establish clear guidelines for refunds related to Drawings Review and No Objection Certificate (NOC) Services provided by the Company to its clients, applicants, contractors, Consultants, and portal users.

This policy is intended to clarify the rights and responsibilities of both parties in relation to the time, effort, professional resources, and administrative services involved in reviewing drawings and processing NOC applications.

Definitions

For the purpose of this policy:

• “Applicant” / “User” refers to the client, contractor, Consultant, representative, or portal user submitting an application for Drawings Review or NOC Services.
• “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Indigit Engineering Consultants LLC.
• “Application” refers to any submission made to the Company for Drawings Review, NOC issuance, or related engineering consultancy services.
• “NOC” refers to a No Objection Certificate issued by the Company or processed through the applicable approval procedure.

Purpose

The purpose of this Drawings Review and NOC Services Refund Policy is to establish clear guidelines governing payments and refunds associated with applications submitted to Indigit Engineering Consultants LLC.

The Company is committed to providing professional, efficient, and timely Drawings Review and NOC Services. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted drawings, documents, information, and supporting materials are complete, accurate, and compliant with the applicable requirements before initiating the payment and review process.

Applicants are therefore advised to carefully review the applicable requirements before making payment, as fees may be non-refundable once professional review or processing activities have commenced.

Scope

This policy applies to payments made for:

1. Drawings Review Services
2. NOC Application and Processing Services
3. Technical drawing and document review
4. Review of revised drawings and submissions, where applicable
5. NOC-related technical coordination and approval services
6. Other related engineering review services provided by Indigit Engineering Consultants LLC.

Refund Policy

• Payments are non-refundable for Drawings Review or NOC Services where the Company has commenced the review, assessment, processing, coordination, or administrative work associated with the application.
• Any payment made towards a Drawings Review or NOC application will generally not be considered for refund once the application has been submitted for processing and/or professional review.
• The applicant is responsible for ensuring that all drawings, documents, information, and supporting materials submitted to the Company are correct, complete, and in accordance with the applicable requirements.
• No refund will be provided due to rejection, non-approval, or return of an application where the rejection or return results from incomplete, inaccurate, non-compliant, or inadequate drawings or documentation submitted by the applicant.
• If an application is rejected or returned due to non-compliance with applicable authority requirements, project requirements, engineering standards, building regulations, or other applicable guidelines, the applicable professional and processing fees shall remain non-refundable.
• If the applicant fails to provide the required documents, drawings, information, clarifications, or revisions within the applicable timeframe, the Company may close or consider the application void. Fees paid for the application will not be refundable.
• Payments made for one application cannot be transferred, assigned, or converted to another project, application, drawing submission, or NOC request unless expressly approved by the Company in writing.
• If the applicant wishes to change the scope of an application after payment or commencement of review, the Company may require a new application and/or additional fees, depending on the revised scope of work.
• Where substantial changes are made to the project, drawings, design, layout, or technical scope after the review has commenced, the Company reserves the right to treat the revised submission as a new or additional review, subject to the applicable professional fees.
• If an NOC application requires additional technical review, coordination, revisions, or resubmissions due to changes made by the applicant, additional fees may apply.
• Duplicate payments or payments made in error may be reviewed by the Company on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund will be subject to verification and applicable administrative procedures.
• In the event that the Company is unable to provide the agreed service due to circumstances attributable solely to the Company, the matter may be reviewed for a refund or adjustment at the Company's discretion, subject to the stage of work completed.

Applicant Responsibility

The applicant shall be responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information.
• Submitting the required drawings and supporting documents.
• Ensuring that drawings are prepared in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Responding to comments and requests for clarification within the required timeframe.
• Providing revised drawings where required.
• Paying applicable additional fees arising from changes in scope or additional review requirements.
• Ensuring that all information provided to the Company is truthful and accurate.

Company's Rights

Indigit Engineering Consultants LLC reserves the right to:

• Accept, return, suspend, or reject an application where the submission does not meet applicable requirements.
• Request additional drawings, documents, information, or clarifications.
• Require revisions or resubmissions where necessary for technical review.
• Charge additional fees for work outside the original agreed scope.
• Close an application where the applicant fails to provide the required information or revisions within the specified timeframe.
• Amend the applicable service fees where the scope of work changes.
• Determine the appropriate refund or adjustment, where applicable, based on the work already completed.

Acknowledgement

By submitting an application and/or making payment for Drawings Review or NOC Services, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy and the applicable terms and conditions of Indigit Engineering Consultants LLC.

The applicant further acknowledges that payment of fees does not constitute a guarantee of approval or issuance of an NOC, as approval is subject to the applicable technical requirements, authority requirements, project conditions, and outcome of the professional review.

Effective Date

This policy shall become effective from the date of publication and shall apply to all applicable Drawings Review and NOC Services provided by Indigit Engineering Consultants LLC, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
