1. Definitions

1.1 “Portal”

The online platform, website, application, dashboard, document management system, communication system and associated digital services operated or authorised by Indigit.

1.2 “Client”

Any individual, company, owner, tenant, contractor, consultant, designer, developer, property manager or authorised representative submitting an application or requesting Services through the Portal.

1.3 “Services”

The consultancy services made available through the Portal, including:

• Drawing review;
• Technical document review;
• NOC review and issuance;
• Design compliance review;
• Site inspection;
• Inspection reporting;
• Comments and observations;
• Document verification;
• Application processing;
• Technical coordination; and
• Other professional consultancy services expressly listed on the Portal.

1.4 “Drawing”

Any architectural, structural, MEP, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire and life-safety, fit-out, shop drawing, layout, elevation, section, detail, as-built drawing, design document or other technical document submitted through the Portal.

1.5 “NOC”

A No Objection Certificate or consultant approval issued by Indigit within the scope of its professional appointment and authority.

An Indigit NOC does not, by itself, constitute a government permit, building permit, completion certificate or approval from any government authority, developer, landlord, master developer, building management or community management unless expressly stated.

1.6 “Site Inspection”

A physical inspection carried out by an authorised representative of Indigit for the purpose stated in the relevant application or service request.

1.7 “Application”

A request submitted by the Client through the Portal for Drawing Review, NOC, Site Inspection or another available Service.

1.8 “Submission”

All information, drawings, documents, photographs, forms, declarations and other material uploaded or submitted by the Client.

1.9 “Approval”

Written acceptance, comments, NOC, clearance, inspection result or other decision issued by Indigit or, where applicable, the relevant third-party authority.

2. Eligibility and Authority

2.1 The Portal may only be used by persons who are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2.2 By using the Portal, the Client represents that:

1. The information submitted is accurate and complete;
2. The Client has the authority to submit the relevant drawings and documents;
3. The Client has obtained necessary permissions from the property owner where applicable; and
4. The Client is authorised to request the relevant Service.

2.3 Where a Client acts on behalf of an owner, company, contractor, consultant or other entity, the Client represents that it has authority to act on behalf of that entity.

3. Online Account

3.1 Certain Portal functions may require registration.

3.2 The Client shall provide accurate and current information when creating an account.

3.3 The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

3.4 The Client shall immediately notify Indigit if it believes that its account has been accessed without authorisation.

3.5 Indigit may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary due to fraud, misuse, security concerns, unlawful activity or material breach of these Terms.

4. Portal Services

The Portal may provide one or more of the following Services:

A. Drawing Review

Review of drawings and technical documents against the applicable review requirements identified by Indigit.

B. NOC Services

Review, processing and issuance of an Indigit NOC where the application satisfies the applicable requirements.

C. Site Inspection

Physical inspection of a property, unit, work area, installation or project for the purpose specified in the application.

D. Additional Consultancy Services

Any additional engineering or consultancy service expressly offered through the Portal or separately agreed in writing.

The exact scope of each Service shall be determined by the relevant Portal application, quotation, service description or written instruction.
